Job Description: |
|
- Handle inquiry & application from a client.
- Conduct the evaluation/ audit activities as an auditor.
- Conduct surveillance and verification inspection on complaints.
- Communicates audit findings by preparing an assessment report to the client’s management and discussing audit findings with auditees.
- Preparation of certification document for Product Certification Committee meeting.
- Preparation of recommendation paper for certification decision and submit for certification decision by Chief Executive Officer of CREAM.
- Preparation and collection of Product Certificate of Conformity.
- Secretariat to the Certification Advisory Committee and Product Certification Committee.
- Other CREAM Certification Services administration work.
- Adhered consistent compliance with the department’s procedures and accreditation requirement.
- Identify the requirement for each audit, including required auditor qualifications.
- Always comply with applicable auditing procedures and other directives including auditor code of ethics.
- Adhere to the established system procedures and guidelines related to certification.
- Ensure the correct interpretation and implementation of procedures and standards in the certification process.
- Contribute ideas and efforts to the development of systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the delivery of these services, product certification and to maintain accreditation.
- Keep records and inventory on the client information, audit works, audit reports, and other technical writings.
- Assist in establishing customer focus and promotional activities related to product certification services.

Basic Requirement: |
|
- B. Eng. /B. Sc. in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Manufacturing (or equivalent) from a recognized university with minimum two (2) years’ experience in the construction industry.
- A minimum of 1-year working experience in Quality Assurance or Conformity Assessment related activities.
- Recommendation letter from previous works or any supporting document.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17065 or ISO/IEC 17025.
- Experience in the specific task as an auditor.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Integrity, high drive, committed and self-motivated.
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Computer proficient.

- Experience in the third-party auditing/inspection/certification is an advantage.
- Technically competent in the related field and able to work independently.
- Proactive, creative and always seek opportunities for improvement.
- Good knowledge on the interpretation of British Standard, Eurocode and Malaysian Standard.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Able to understand work requests and instructions efficiently.
- Willing to work in a group, able to communicate with colleagues, flexible and able to undertake a wide range of duties.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Be ready to attend courses related to audit work locally or abroad.

- To ensure that the QLASSIC & SHASSIC assessment activities are performed according to the given guidelines & standards.
- To assess quality of workmanship at worksite and ensure it is complied with standards.
- To prepare & update assessment data / activities / reports in a timely manner.
- To lead Assessment team during assessment activities.
- To provide support & training to the new assessment team.
- Any other duties delegated by superior from time to time.

Basic Requirement: |

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in in construction industry.
- Background in Quality & Safety is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 1 years working experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control related activities.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Any other duties delegated by superior from time to time.

- Candidate must currently persuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any courses related to Engineering, Building, Business Administration/ Management, Finance, or any related field.
- Internship duration for 2-6 month(s).
- Minimum CGPA 2.8 and above or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
