| Job Description |

Graphic Design :
- Design promotional materials such as posters, buntings, brochures, banners, infographics, and digital content.
- Create creative visuals for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the organization’s brand identity.
Social Media Management :
- Manage and update the organization’s official social media accounts.
- Monitor interactions, messages, and comments, ensuring responses are handled professionally.
Content Creation & Editing:
- Write, edit, and improve content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Edit photos and simple videos for promotional purposes.
Email Blasting & Digital Marketing:
- Prepare content and design for email blasting campaigns.
- Manage customer/email databases.
- Assist in executing paid advertisements (ads) on digital platforms.
Field Tasks & Event Support:
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and promotional programs as a representative of the organization.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and logistics for events.
- Provide social media coverage during events.
Administrative & Other Duties:
- Prepare periodic marketing reports.
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing.
- Carry out additional duties and tasks assigned by management from time to time.

| Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, or equivalent. |

- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
- Able to communicate with different level of personnel.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player; Pro-active, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure and able to multi-task
- Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive.
- Willing to travel and work outdoors as needed.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- Strong self-initiative and creative.
