| Position Purpose: |
| |
| Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring company operational digitalization projects, as well as providing continuous technical support for systems and web applications used by the organization. |

| Job Description: |
| |
1. Digitalization Project Management:
- Plan and implement digitalization projects for the company’s business processes (e.g. customer booking, invoicing, CRM, etc.).
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Liaise with vendors, system developers, and internal parties.
- Ensure projects are completed according to the defined scope, cost, and timeline.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
2. System Development & Improvement:
- Involved in system requirement analysis (requirement gathering).
- Support the development or integration of existing systems with new systems.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) before implementation.
- Propose improvements in terms of functionality and user experience (UX).
3. Web Application Support:
- Provide daily technical support for the company’s web applications.
- Resolve system issues (bugs, downtime, errors).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime.
- Manage system backup, security, and updates.
4. Data & Security Management:
- Ensure the integrity and security of company data.
- Manage user access control.
- Comply with IT security policies and data protection requirements.
5. Documentation & Training:
- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Provide training to staff regarding the use of new systems.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
6. IT Infrastructure Support (Additional):
- Assist in the basic maintenance of IT infrastructure (server, hosting, domain).
- Coordinate with hosting/cloud vendors if required

| Requirement: |
| |
1. Minimum Qualification & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in IT project management / digitalization is an advantage.
2. Knowledge in:
- Web applications (basic frontend/backend).
- Database (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- API & system integration
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and documentation skills

- Handle inquiry & application from a client.
- Conduct the evaluation/ audit activities as an auditor.
- Conduct surveillance and verification inspection on complaints.
- Communicates audit findings by preparing an assessment report to the client’s management and discussing audit findings with auditees.
- Preparation of certification document for Product Certification Committee meeting.
- Preparation of recommendation paper for certification decision and submit for certification decision by Chief Executive Officer of CREAM.
- Preparation and collection of Product Certificate of Conformity.
- Secretariat to the Certification Advisory Committee and Product Certification Committee.
- Other CREAM Certification Services administration work.
- Adhered consistent compliance with the department’s procedures and accreditation requirement.
- Identify the requirement for each audit, including required auditor qualifications.
- Always comply with applicable auditing procedures and other directives including auditor code of ethics.
- Adhere to the established system procedures and guidelines related to certification.
- Ensure the correct interpretation and implementation of procedures and standards in the certification process.
- Contribute ideas and efforts to the development of systems and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the delivery of these services, product certification and to maintain accreditation.
- Keep records and inventory on the client information, audit works, audit reports, and other technical writings.
- Assist in establishing customer focus and promotional activities related to product certification services.

| Basic Requirement: |
| |
- B. Eng. /B. Sc. in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Manufacturing (or equivalent) from a recognized university with minimum two (2) years’ experience in the construction industry.
- A minimum of 1-year working experience in Quality Assurance or Conformity Assessment related activities.
- Recommendation letter from previous works or any supporting document.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17065 or ISO/IEC 17025.
- Experience in the specific task as an auditor.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Integrity, high drive, committed and self-motivated.
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Computer proficient.

- Experience in the third-party auditing/inspection/certification is an advantage.
- Technically competent in the related field and able to work independently.

- Good knowledge on the interpretation of British Standard, Eurocode and Malaysian Standard.

- Able to understand work requests and instructions efficiently.

- Good knowledge on case study research methodology and different range of research methodologies.
- Ability to manifest in research application tool such as simulation & modeling.
- Draft research instruments, such as questionnaires, and editing draft reports;
- Conducting, or commissioning then analyzing, in-depth interviews with members of the public and large-scale data sets;
- Ensuring that research is conducted within a set time frame to meet the research output.
- Ensuring quality control of research;
- Working in close partnership with external researcher.
- Producing both written and oral briefs based on reviews of research evidence;
- Responding to external and internal research enquiries from colleagues, government departments, academics, local councils, regional development agencies and members of the public;
- Explaining complex ideas and findings in a way that can be easily understood;
- Delivering presentations at conferences
