Job Description: |
|
- Support HR Department in effective execution of overall human resource’s function focusing on employee data/documentations management, payroll administration, employee welfare, compensation and benefits management, training.
- To administer employee salaries, i.e. on time & accurate payroll.
- To enforce Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policy/HR Manual.
- Practice & drive Company’s Corporate Values to all level of employees.
- To assist colleagues on other HR matters from time to time.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when required.

Basic Requirement: |
|
- Possess at least Degree, in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in similar HR capacity is required for this position.
- Understanding in terms of rules and regulations/compliance to the statutory, i.e. IRB, EPF, SOCSO & etc. and willing to multitask.
- Applicants must be proactive and can work under pressure.
