| Job Description |
 |
- Support the Human Resource Unit/Department in the effective administration of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, employee relations and staff welfare.
- Administer monthly payroll processing and ensure salary payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other applicable employment regulations.
- Implement and enforce Human Resource policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, the Employee Handbook and company procedures.
- Coordinate staff training, competency development programmes, employee engagement activities and company events.
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, counselling sessions and employee communications.
- Prepare HR reports, management papers and relevant documentation for Management and Board reporting purposes.
- Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001), including documentation, internal audits and compliance requirements.
- Provide support on additional HR-related matters as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management as required.

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree recognized by the Government of Malaysia in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration or other related fields.
- Professional certification is highly encouraged and will be considered an added advantage.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Minimum of three years’ working experience in a similar HR role is required.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance requirements, including IRB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other applicable employment regulations, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 is an advantage.
- Applicants must be proactive, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
