The 2nd CIC 2025: Driving Transformation through Synergistic Collaboration in Research, Digitalisation and Industrial Practice

Welcome to the second edition of the Construction Industry Congress (CIC 2025)! We are excited to welcome you once again to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for a forward-looking platform that connects academic insight with industry excellence.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, CIC 2025 returns as CIC–EPPM 2025, marking a strategic collaboration between CREAM, UMPSA, and the 12th International Conference on Engineering, Project, and Production Management (EPPM 2025).

The congress will take place from 28 to 30 October 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur. This fully physical event will feature three days of impactful keynote addresses, research paper presentations, and technical discussions, creating a multidisciplinary platform for knowledge exchange and advancement.

Held in conjunction with CIDB’s International Construction Week (ICW) and the 2nd Digital Construction Summit (DCS 2025), CIC–EPPM 2025 will gather leading academics, researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers from Malaysia, ASEAN, and the East Asian region. Under the theme “Building Tomorrow: Smart, Digital & Sustainable Construction,” the congress will explore cutting-edge solutions, emerging technologies, and resilient practices that will drive transformation in the construction sector.

Established since 2004, CREAM will be the frontier in providing research insight in Construction 4.0, advanced materials, sustainability, forensic and structural engineering, IBS, construction productivity as well as affordable housing.
