OUR EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES our laboratory is equipped with the latest test equipments and facilities to support CREAM’S function as R&D arm of CIDB and to provide testing services to the Malaysian construction industry

  1. MKRM is installed with two numbers of 20 tonne overhead lifting cranes. With a combined capacity of 40 tonne, this heavy duty cranes are capable to lift large scale IBS components with ease thus minimise the dependency on mobile crane.
