CREAM is acronym for Construction Research Institute of Malaysia. It was incorporated on the 26th March 2004 as a company limited by guarantee without a share capital under the companies Act 1965 on the initiative of the Construction Industries Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) in order to function as a corporate vehicle for carrying out CIDB’s research function.
CREAM started to operate fully under a company limited by guarantee status effectively on 1st January 2006. CREAM is headed by a fulltime Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and reports to the Board of Trustee which assumed the responsibility over all matters relating to the planning, implementation and management of R & D projects and related activities.
To provide product’s certification services through our professionalism and competency of our personnel.
To comply with ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and implement on-going improvement of our management system.
To ensure our personnel to fulfill the process and procedure of our quality management system.
To maintain and increase our accreditation and recognition by internationally recognized standards.
To apply the principles of impartiality, openness, and confidentiality in carrying out its certification activities.

To excel in certification service, CREAM needs:
To establish the CCS certification system in conformity to ISO 17065.
To recruit and engage experience talents.
To develop, maintain and continuously improve quality management system, operational and delivery procedures.
